This early experience ignited my passion for hospitality, propelling me through a diverse journey that spanned the globe—from the bustling decks of Royal Caribbean cruise ships to the refined elegance of the JW Marriott in Venice, and onto prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK. I honed my skills and leadership in these varied settings, culminating in my role as Assistant General Manager at the charming Farmhouse boutique hotel in Guernsey. However, the COVID-19 pandemic marked a turning point, pausing my journey in traditional hospitality. It led me to explore entrepreneurship, experiencing the highs of rapid growth and the lows of unforeseen challenges. Through this rollercoaster, I gained invaluable insights and pivoted towards enhancing my digital expertise through online certifications.
