After graduating from CSULB with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, I was able to begin my career at BDS Natural Products, now Sabater USA. My journey began in Research and Development as a Food Technologist. After gaining the needed experience, I became the Director of the department. The opportunity arose for me to become a Technical Sales representative in 2014 while continuing my product development. As my focus turned to Sales, I became a full-time Sales Manager. I furthered my exposure to the Food Industry as I moved from Spices, Teas and Botanicals, into the Flavor arena in 2022. Now, with OC Flavors, I am a Business Development Director, covering the U.S. and abroad.
