About Daniel Allen

I’m a senior at Seattle Pacific University, majoring in Economics with a concentration in financial economics. Next year, I’ll be pursuing an MSc in Financial Technology to deepen my understanding of the evolving intersection between finance and technology. I’ve gained hands-on experience in both traditional wealth management and innovative financial services. Over the past two years, I’ve interned at Emerald City Fiduciary Group (ECFG), a private wealth management firm, where I worked on process improvement, data management, report generation, and gained hand on experience working with a variety of financial databases and tools. Additionally, I have over a year of valuable experience as a research analyst intern for IF Bank, a start-up financial services company based in Vancouver, BC. Through this experience I have strengthened my skills in financial data analysis, research analysis, and data entry. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for fintech, I’m eager to contribute to the future of financial services by leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accessibility.
