About Daniel Amsbury

I am a hard working individual who follows his heart of passion of health & fitness. I have over the years gained experienced in college classes learning about exercise science, learning about exercise program design while using corrective exercise prescription athletic individuals. Previously been a Personal Trainer before in my past and working on career path in advancing myself to a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I love learning all the techniques possible for sports performance. I also have learned the fine line when it comes to good customer service being in retail setting as I am currently a employee at Costco Wholesale. I bring a positive impact on to others lives in helping achieve their higher goals. Love watching sports such as football, baseball, nascar, and follow UFC fighting at times too! I was a football player and a wrestler in high school. Knew I wanted a career in this industry someway, shape or form. I remember in high school having good coaches coaching me and I like to do the same for the upcoming champion athletes I can create in them.
