Long experience of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for 24/7 critical bank services including the aspects of D/R enabling critical infrastructure in both open and mainframe environments. Past experience includes - Sales engineer As sales engineer I supported our sales team with technical experience and made lot of customer meetings to present our outsourcing solutions and services within IT infrastructure- Transition I have worked with large number of transition projects taking onboard customers into our current operation both within outsourcing services for IT infrastructure but also into BPO services within the card operations. For IT infrastructure customers I have had roles such as lead technical architect, project manager for IT infrastructure and other various roles. One of the transition projects that I had a lead role in involved moving and taking over operations of one of Sweden’s largest newspapers central server and network infrastructure- Manager I have held several management positions including Security Manager for a service provider within the card business, Portfolio manager within IT infrastructure. Staff manager for 20 engineers with UNIX skills working in 4 locations in Sweden- Engineer I started out as an IT infrastructure engineer working with desktop and Windows & OS/2, Linux, Unix and Firewalls.
