With over 10 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry, I am a Principal Production Engineer at Pektron, a leading UK-based company that provides innovative and bespoke solutions for global customers. I hold a BSc Honours in Automotive Design Technology, a field that I am passionate about and constantly seek to improve my knowledge and skills in. My core competencies include laser welding plastics, a niche and specialised skill that ensures high-quality and watertight products for customers such as Triumph, Lucid, Polaris and Draeger. I also have expertise in CAD, analytical assessments, root cause analysis, technical file creation, specification creation, budgeting, and project management. I have implemented innovative solutions using collaborative robots and dispensers to automate and improve processes, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs. My goal is to ensure an effective outcome for the customer, by leading projects through key milestones and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
