I also assisted in M&A, IPOs, and capital-raising activities, analyzing industry trends and financial statements while ensuring deal accuracy. One of the most important lessons I learned is that collaboration is key in executing transactions effectively. I now work as an Analyst for HCLTech, a global technology company providing IT services, digital solutions, and engineering services to various industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and retail. The company specializes in cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software. HCLTech is part of HCL Group and operates in over 50 countries, serving Fortune 500 and Global companies. Through HCLTech, I work as a Financial Analyst for Verizon Business in their Project Managament Office. My role involves developing financial models, forecasting, preparing reports for senior management, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies. I also work closely with stakeholders and senior analysts to assess financial risks, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies in project execution. By leveraging data insights, I help optimize resource allocation and support strategic decision-making within the organization. I also oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project expenditures.
