With over eight years of experience in project management, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills that enable me to deliver successful outcomes for complex and challenging initiatives. My mission is to create value for my clients and stakeholders by providing high-quality and innovative solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Currently, I am an executive board member at KKB Enterprise, a company that develops real opportunities in Opportunity Zones, and a project manager at Aspire Restorations, a leading company in the restoration and renovation of luxury resorts. In my most recent role as a project manager at Aspire Restorations, I was responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple construction projects, ranging from $10M to $50M in budget. I worked with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that the projects were delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. I also negotiated and managed contracts, resolved issues and risks, monitored and reported on progress, and ensured quality standards and customer satisfaction. Some of the skills that I applied and enhanced in this role include IT project management, business management, and resorts.
