As an IT Technical Support II for Airport Development Group (ADG) at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), I play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of LAX. My key responsibilities include system administration, technical support, network management, project implementation, security and compliance, and documentation and training. I manage and maintain office applications, ensure robust connectivity and cybersecurity measures with tools like Zscaler and OKTA, and provide second-level support for complex technical issues. Additionally, I plan and execute IT projects, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
