About Daniel Baumann

Multi-national, multi-lingual ex-pat currently re-skilling to 3D technician. With an educational background in both England and Sweden I have a broad range of experience and skills developed over a range of workplaces. Proven experience in managing a team, developing a small business as a self-employed entrepreneur, and customer interaction have given me the ability to fulfill a range of roles within a team, working independently or leading a project. Passionately engaging with the task at hand and inspiring colleagues and co-workers to maximise their potential, directly facing clients and customers to ensure satisfaction, whilst maintaining a positive, solution-orientated focus. My personal strengths are adaptability, cultural awareness, inquisitiveness and the application of non-linear thinking to problem resolution. I am self-motivated, methodical, organised and deadline-capable.
