Other than my resume I want to add that I assure you that based on my diverse experience and capabilities within the HR Management and Training development fields, and 29 years in the US Army (14 years of that was in recruiting) I will be a great asset to your organization. I have highlighted some of my qualities- Bachelor of Science Business Administration/Human resource management 3.51 GPA graduated Cum Laude- Human Resource management and training development professional with over 15 years experience in marketing, recruiting and sales- Active Secret Clearance from the Department of Defense (DOD)- Certified military instructor with demonstrated presentation and interpersonal skills; selected to teach at one of the most challenging courses in DOD (Army Recruiting School)- Recruiting Master Trainer – concentrating in sales techniques, counseling, negotiating, prequalification, interpersonal skill development and time management- Countless hours of time volunteering with Blythewood HS, Bethel Hanberry, and Langford schools. ROTC, Cheerleading, and talking in 5th Grade History class’s every year on cold war - 29 years of military service, mostly in increased areas of responsibility including direct line supervisor, mid-level manager and supervisor for groups of over 400 personnel- Over 18 years of supervisory positions exercising techniques in problem-solving, coaching, motivating and team-building- Volunteered personal time to the Army’s local community outreach committee conducting fundraising events and providing logistical/administrative support- Understanding and respectful to different cultures and customs, having served in multiple overseas assignments.
