About Daniel Beck

As a young adult affected by Asperger Syndrome, I have long yearned to find a profession that takes advantage of my attention to detail, ability to follow a rigorous process, and desire to assist others with disabilities of all kinds. When I learned about the Trusted Tester certification and how I can make a difference ensuring web accessibility for the disabled, I realized this was a career that would be meaningful and suit my unique way of seeing things. I am seeking to assist an organization that requires rigorous testing for Section 508 compliance and aims to make their web offerings, whether they be websites or web-based training, accessible to their external audiences or internal employees. I am open to a part-time or full-time internship so that I can gain additional knowledge and skills in web accessibility testing.
