Been in the Screen Printing industry for over 17years,+ having 2 years in High School wetting my appetite, and have had the privilege to learn a great deal; as well as a diverse dynamic of the overall process.My passion for our industry pushes me to want not only to provide a superior product of quality with a longer life expectancy for the customer, but also a lasting impression as the results are there own referral. •Have overseen day to day production through delegation of 145 employees: staging inventory, counting inventory, mixing through the Wilflex Equalizer Ink Mixing Systems (I.M.S.) from Nazdar, pre qualify art on film, screen set-up/exposures, staging jobs to press, discuss/teach Revolver set-up as needed, final press approval, quality control during run (registration/pinholes/screen malfunctions/mechanical malfunctions/dryer temperature/cure completion/Q.C. handling), bagging/tagging/Brand recognition through labeling, boxing, moving to outgoing shipping for customer pick-ups/U.P.S, etc. •Qualified through M&R's Tech. training I maintain by a constant schedule (greasing, lubricating all pneumatic parts, draining excess water from manifolds, cleaning), fix/repair (all presses, minor dryer repairs, and flashes), etc. •Maintain compressors through keeping oiled and draining excess water from relief valves. •Keep in touch with vendors for price matching, trial of new products providing feedback, and to keep supplies updated. •Teach through both verbal as well as hands on training heightened mechanics/techniques of our field. •Communicate with artist as needed for tone variation in Simulated Process, to discuss whether a Base is needed dependent on the garment color, and for art sizing dependent on both garment as well as pallet sizes available. •Discuss with owner daily: job importance, garments available, delivery/pick-ups, incomplete data, incoming orders, etc. •Stretch, retention, and tape-out sides of Newman Roller Frames.
