After several years working in operational and data-driven roles — leading teams and structuring processes — I strategically transitioned to the front office to lead commercial initiatives and drive business fronts. Currently, I serve as Head of Investment and FX Distribution at Guelt Investimentos, overseeing the full commercial cycle, from market analysis and technical-commercial support to the advisor network, to direct client acquisition. Since joining Guelt, I have led over 70 primary market distribution campaigns in Fixed Income and Real Estate Funds, totaling more than R$130 million in allocations. I lead business origination efforts, maintaining close relationships with Private clients and advisors, combining analytical insight, performance-driven execution, and a results-oriented mindset to convert market opportunities into high-impact outcomes.
