I deliver full-lifecycle dredging and land reclamation projects. From feasibility and tendering through execution and closeout, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and stakeholder value. With 15+ years of international experience across North & South America, Europe, and Africa, I’ve advanced through nearly every core position in the dredging business: superintendent, production and cost estimator, project manager, and now division manager for dredging and survey operations. This broad base gives me a unique perspective on the technical, operational, and commercial drivers of successful dredging and reclamation works. Today, as Division Manager of Dredging & Surveys at FRPD, I lead project managers, superintendents, and surveyors across multimillion-dollar capital and maintenance works. I combine operational experience with commercial and estimating expertise to ensure seamless delivery. Core strengths: • Forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and risk control to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. • Commercial management and contract negotiation with clients, subcontractors, and regulators. • Leading and developing teams operating CSDs, TSHDs, WIDs, clamshells, backhoes, and reclamation sites. • Production estimating, cost control, and tender preparation for large-scale dredging and reclamation works. • Ensuring HSE compliance and fostering a strong safety-first culture. • Building trusted client and stakeholder relationships that drive repeat business. Having worked across the full spectrum of dredging roles, I am passionate about leveraging this end-to-end expertise to guide complex marine infrastructure projects to successful completion.
