MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS • Drive profitability in the P&L for project execution across the Australian & New Zealand business unit. • Resolution of long-standing personnel and legacy issues including compensation review, overtime effort through employee working groups. • Driving completion of multiple complex projects in COVID 19 period through stakeholder management with customers including Hilton, Amazon, Hello Fresh. • Project management of a €200M fully automated warehouse for Woolworths (MSRDC) including the construction of biggest Clad Rack highbay pallet racking system (42 mts) in Australia. • Lead (Project Managed) delivery of intralogistics upgrade projects for Hilton Food Group, Woolworths, Amazon Australia, Cotton On Group with site teams of upto 200-250 personnel. • Project Manager and Australia Post’s governance of the $120M automation contract with the sortation systems/equipment supplier (Vanderlande) for the delivery of “New parcels sorting equipment” at Sydney & Melbourne for Australia Post. • Programme management and lead implementation of business improvement strategy projects at PZ Cussons & Fonterra to the value of $25M -$30M. • Project managed major capital projects from scope to commissioning upto the value of $5M to $10M at Fonterra & PZ Cussons and steering team leadership of a $22M investment at Fonterra. • Lead and managed multisite and group projects involving multiple stakeholders, site lead for dispute resolution of $8M project at Fonterra. • Project managed and delivered Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP) implementation through automation at Fonterra ($6M) and PZ Cussons. • Site Capital lead/Programme Manager of site capital programme of with more than 25 active projects and management of up to 10 engineers (including contractors) and drafts. • Project managed major plant upgrades/recommissioning at PZ Cussons involving 3 operating sites across Australia, Poland & Nigeria. • Engineering and maintenance management of a team of up to 30 trades. • Managed Site Implementation of a major defence project involving overseas customers at Thales. • Lean Implementation at Carrier Air-conditioning to lead the department to UTC Silver accreditation.
