About Daniel Bernard

I am the National Leader for BDO Canada's Dispute Advisory Services Practice, as well as the West Leader for the Valuations and Modelling practice. I have over 20 years of experience in public practice, with the majority of this time spent in financial advisory. My areas of practice include litigation support, valuations, financial and economic analysis, loss quantification, and financial modelling. My litigation support experience encompasses valuations and other financial calculations and analysis for loss quantification, working with both individuals and private companies. I have been qualified and have testified as an expert over 10 times in the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, the Manitoba Land Values Appraisal Commission, the Manitoba Disaster Assistance Appeal Board, and in arbitration proceedings in both Manitoba and Saskatchewan. I have also authored expert reports for internal and external transactions, shareholder and marital disputes, and other conflicts.
