With over 15 years of international work experience in finance, operations, sales, and procurement, I am a passionate and skilled package consultant at IBM, where I leverage my expertise in SAP, automation, and order to cash (OTC) processes to deliver value-added solutions to our clients. I hold several credentials, including Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, FY23 IS Elite Advocate, and Becoming an SAP Professional, that demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Previously, I was a finance team lead and a transaction processing senior analyst at Accenture, where I led, trained, and supported a team of 23 colleagues, working on a complex project for a prestigious German client. I created process descriptions, standard work instructions, and process optimizations, and I was a subject matter expert for sales and operations - OTC. I also developed my skills in VBA, Power Automate, and Power Apps to automate and streamline workflows and transactions. I received a high performer award for my outstanding performance in FY22.
