Over 40 years of experience in technical support and warranty. A strong background in computer software & hardware, music gear, and the battery and charger industry, managing teams, and implementing new systems to improve internal company processes. Additional background in audio software testing and applications. Hands-on experience troubleshooting software on both Mac and PC operating systems. Experience working directly with research and development engineers and managing alpha and beta testing of products. Created and managed the first support team for The NOCO Company and successfully moved the entire support team to work remotely in 2020. Added in European Support in 2025, and planning on increasing Suport Globally for the company by the end of 2026. In 2022, took over NOCO's warranty department and successfully relocated it to a new facility, implementing processes and procedures that increased warranty productivity by 150% and decreased warranty turnaround times. Advised on several projects outside of my department to assist with planning and testing to help ensure a smoother go-live when rolling out new systems. A dedicated leader who works with team members to assist them with advancing their careers. A resourceful team member who "thinks outside the box," works hard, appreciates life, and has an easygoing attitude. Not afraid to step up to the plate and take on new responsibilities that are outside of my comfort zone.
