About Daniel Birch
I have served and led food service for private parties as well as large corporate parties & functions since 2010. In 2014 I saw a need for quality service staff for clients who already have food and drinks provided and were just looking for wait staff, so I formed "The WaitStaff Team". A team of professional, service oriented, great quality servers pulled together throughout Portland to provide peace of mind to anyone hosting a function of any kind. After providing staff for roughly year to NW Events & Environments, they grew and opened the position to me to staff, facilitate and run all the in-house events.
