About Daniel Blake

Over 19 years of experience in the Beverage Industry. 16 of those years I spent my time building a strong knowledge of vending, cooler and fountain beverage equipment. I became proficient in electrical and plumbing schematics, troubleshooting and diagnosing customer and consumer facing food service equipment. I was awarded training and service certifications from Manitowoc Food Service and Crane Merchandising Systems. I demonstrated excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail and provided stakeholders best-in-class service while managing a team of 14 field service and install technicians for 4 years in our Charlotte market. I was also a SME for our implementation of a new field service management solution. For the last several years I have been apart of the Business Transformation organization within PBV. Using my business knowledge along with learning new skill sets, I maintain our Field Service Management solution, IFS FSM. I am skilled in Microsoft Suite, IFS FSM, SAP and Microsoft SSMS. I am continuously building system mapping and integration skills as well as learning the Salesforce tool for a new implementation project.
