Leading the Bojar lab at the University of Gothenburg, I'm pioneering the integration of machine learning / artificial intelligence and glycobiology. My lab's work includes the first applications of deep learning in glycobiology, developing predictive models from glycan sequences, and innovating in protein-glycan interaction analysis.
