With a proven track record across multiple leadership roles, I have successfully led strategic goals and operations, implemented high-impact solutions, and delivered measurable improvements in performance metrics, compliance, and operational efficiency on the tactical level. As a strategic leader, I specialize in driving engagement, performance improvement, and value-driven solutions. I have extensive expertise in higher education, non-profits, and operational corporate leadership to achieve an organization's strategic objectives while coordinating that execution on the tactical (EOS) level. I prioritize key insights to enhance and manage high-priority projects and programs. I excel in advising leadership and implementing performance improvement strategies while maximizing participation in innovative solutions to achieve measurable results across highly matrixed divisions. As Admissions Director at Bethany, I piloted and led weekly strategic Wildly Important Goals (WIG) meetings training within EOS methodology and weekly Traction meetings managing the everyday whirlwind inherent in job performance and metrics. I interfaced (as a strategist serving on the University's leadership team- cabinet) with the Marketing, Financial Aid, and Student Affairs on communication, recruitment strategy, and visioning while continually updating processes. As a Lead at Bethel, I led ten other enrollment counselors and strategized with program directors and my supervisor, searching for better methods of recruitment and expansion of existing programs. I had overall oversight of 23 offerings within the educational and medical divisions. I picked up the pilot program (MSMS), which needed additional students for provost approval and incorporation into the course catalog as a permanent annual offering. The set goal was 3 students. I brought in 5 and was on track for 14 in the pipeline for the next cohort with valid projections for 25 students for the following cohort.
