I’ve held various senior leadership roles, and worked with both large corporates and smaller independent businesses. Over the years, I’ve led sales and marketing teams, negotiated major contracts, doubled company profits, and introduced new service lines. With a service driven mentality, I always make sure clients are well looked after and teams are fully supported. I take a hands-on, practical approach to leadership and have a proven track record of getting things done. Whether it’s mentoring someone, devising a new strategic initiative, or moving a project forward, I believe in staying close to the detail and focusing on what makes a real impact. I enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments where I can build strong relationships and help businesses grow sustainably.
