About Daniel Bonham

I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Logistics from Arkansas State University, over 10 years of Lean Manufacturing experience in the Material Handling Manufacturing industry, and over 10 years of experience in Customer Service. Working in a Lean Manufacturing environment, I have obtained the status of Lean Master and performed the role as Lean Process Specialist. While performing this role, I preformed several Kaizens that lead to new process being developed, processes being restructured, cells being reorganized, and the development of new cells. As a Project Coordinator, I work with the Project Manager team and our Intergraded Partners by problem solving infield product issues by obtaining information from the appropriate internal source. I process orders and give feedback on any desired information. While working in a Fab environment, I learned to operate and program machines, such as Automatic Punch Presses, Shears, Brake Press, Mig Welding, etc. Being an Assembly associate, gave me the ability to read and understand manufacturing drawing to assemble small parts to create bigger parts to assemble into larger products. My Customer Service experience as an Uber Driver and Door-to-Door sales have given me the ability to create a friendship within a short amount of time by reading verbal and nonverbal body language with the knowledge of knowing how to handle multiple personalities.
