Our mission is to reduce the cost of your training while simultaneously increasing its effectiveness and accessibility and your ROI. We have developed AI Coach Bots using our training and coaching methodology. The AI Coach Bot has learnt from over 60 years’ worth of our industry knowledge and experience to offer 24/7 access to executive coaching and training in leadership, coaching and communication skills. The Sound Leadership Podcast I am also the host of The Sound Leadership Podcast where we unpack leadership and coaching topics to help L&D and HR professionals overcome challenges such as retention of staff, people development and creating a coaching culture. On the show our expert guests help us unpack the topics with real life examples, strategies and our top 3 ‘Leadership Soundbites’. Coaching Executive coaching is also something I love to do, being able to see others develop when I have helped them get to the 'paradigm shift' or the aha moment. Personal These are skills that transfer into my hobbies as well, I will often be seen on the rugby pitch either playing or coaching. Currently I am head coach of the Under 6's and it is a real pleasure to see the players develop through the use of a coaching approach. I am fascinated by transferable skills in business and sport and this allows me to put it into practice. I love helping others develop and grow, lets connect if you are of a similar mindset.
