I am an Associate Manager on Accenture North America's Compensation team, advising HR & Management on questions of our employees and Leaders' pay at the individual and structural level. I spent my first 2 years in the working world as an inaugural member of the HR Talent Accelerator Program, or TAP. Over the course of the program, I had exposure to and/or experience with Design Thinking, Experience Design, ERP Implementation for HR, Inclusion & Diversity Initiatives, internal & external employee transitions, Blockchain for HR, payroll planning. I also had the opportunity to work in the business at a client site, work remotely with global teams, work in Spanish in Argentina, and work in other internal parts of the organization.
