Daniel Bowker is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 15 years’ experience in the areas of service design, Business Process Management (BPM), business architecture, strategic planning, and change management. Daniel’s expertise is rooted in leading high performance teams in transformational initiatives for Municipal, Provincial and Federal Governments, Healthcare and Oil and Gas verticals. A large proportion of this experience is in the context of planning, implementing and/or enhancing mission critical enterprise applications, such as Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), BPM suites or Customer Relationship Management systems. Daniel is a certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF 9.1), Organizational Change Manager (Prosci), Project Manager (Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prince2 Practitioner), Scrum Master (CSM), Process Analyst (NAIT) and an ITIL v3 Practitioner.
