About Daniel Bradford

I’m an experienced and results-driven IT and Field Service professional with a strong background in customer-focused technology support, project management, and hands-on technical expertise. Over the past decade, I’ve built a diverse career spanning IT consulting, systems administration, field service engineering, and team leadership across a variety of industries—including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and technology services. Currently a Senior Field Service Product Specialist at Surgical Science, I specialize in planning, installing, training, and supporting advanced surgical simulator systems across the U.S. and internationally. My prior roles have equipped me with a broad skill set: from managing IT infrastructure and network administration, to security risk mitigation, cloud and local backup solutions, POS systems support, and software development. I thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. I’m always eager to take on new challenges, contribute to organizational growth, and help teams and clients succeed with technology.
