About Daniel Bran

My IT career began with an internship at Qubiz, where I built a strong foundation in software development. I then joined the Italian company Zucchetti as a Junior Developer, continuing to grow my technical and professional skills. Later, I moved to Trencadis, a Romanian company that provided me with great opportunities to develop further. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with clients from various countries and industries, gaining valuable experience across diverse projects and technologies. Today, I’m a Software Developer, Team Lead, and Mentor at Fortech, where I’m passionate about leading teams, sharing knowledge, and inspiring new generations of developers. A highlight in my career came in 2020, when I successfully completed all interview stages with Microsoft and received a job offer. Although I decided not to pursue it at that time, it remains a meaningful milestone that motivates me to keep growing. I’m deeply passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed. Every day, I strive to become better and make a positive impact through my work and mentorship.
