Profile/Bio Dan has extensive industry and consulting experience in implementing operational improvements employing lean methods and tools, business process re-engineering, management operating systems (MOS), current state gap analysis and future state design, organizational behavior change management, and end-to-end supply chain performance analysis. He has experience in implementation of large operations performance improvement and change management projects that involve leading and working “shoulder-to-shoulder” with client senior management, frontline management, and multi-function work teams to identify operations barriers, accelerate implementation of sustainable management operating systems and solutions that drive continuous improvement and achieve bottom-line benefits/savings targets. His industry consulting experience covers engagements in Food Processing and Packaging, Consumer Packaged Goods, Mining, Aerospace & Defense, Capital Equipment (Machine Tools), Automotive Tier 1, Electronic Components, Consumer Durable Goods, and Specialty Chemical. Dan has worked with clients in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Indonesia, West Africa, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia and South America. Dan's industry experience also includes 13 years at Cincinnati Milacron as manufacturing engineer, project engineer, and field account engineer. Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH and his MBA in Management from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition, he has a CPIM certification from the American Production & Inventory Control Society, and a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute.
