About Daniel Brennan

As a Combat Operations NCO with the 560th troop command Battlefield Coordination Detachment, I am responsible for being the liaison between the Army and Air force. The BCD is tasked with ensuring coordination of all ground forces and Army Air assets are accounted for and their location. Being the Combat Operations Sergeant it is my responsibility to use systems such as TBMCS (Theater Battle Management Core System), TAIS (Tactical Airspace Integration System), and MIDB (Modernized Integrated Database) to provide any answers needed and process all air request for any given ATO day. I am a highly committed and dependable veteran with a proven record of leading soldiers as a Non-Commissioned Office in the United States military during Operation Freedom and current duty station. While deployed in support of OEF Afghanistan, I received an award from 1st Army commanding General for exceptional performance and work ethic.Social Security AdministrationProvided fast, accurate, and courteous customer service by carrying out daily service representative duties. Assisted the public and my co-workers in a positive, helpful, and timely manner consistently. As a Contact Service Representative, I consistently contributed to the achievement of my unit, and office by serving as a resource person for training and the public. I manage time and prioritize workloads to balance demands that meet customer and agency expectations and goals. Often seek new opportunities to enhance my current knowledge of entitlements such as processing benefit computations through the use of the Interactive Computation System as well as Benefit Matrix systems. Lastly, I have skill and knowledge in utilizing agency programs such as ICERS, DISCO, EVIEW, DDSQ, ICF, PCACS which helps solve issues and provide accurate information to the public. During the two years I have worked with the agency I have been recognized for Georgia Cares and also been in charge of MySSA month for the agency.
