About Daniel Brooks

Daniel Brooks is a Property Manager & Facilities Director at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate in Lakeland, Florida. Daniel supports and assists in the management of the company's commercial real estate properties. He is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the properties, including accounting, tenant relations and maintenance and repair. He also assists in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting, and financial performance of the properties he manages. Daniel manages the facilities of our new corporate headquarters, which includes the latest technologies in solar power, air handling, and security systems. He also manages our presence at industry events and conferences. He is also our resident chef for our annual BBQ, cooking for several hundred guests. Daniel began his college career at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI where he studied Media Arts and Studies. He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science, Film degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.
