Throughout my career, I have also become skilled at leading digital development and transformation programs, confidently managing concurrent priorities and ensuring that key milestones are met. I have also become a talented project manager who is confident at managing end-to-end work programs that are aligned with key business strategic and operational requirements. With my outstanding influence and negotiation skills, I have been highly successful in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups with disparate views to mediate and achieve mutually agreeable outcomes. Some of my proudest professional achievements include: • Held a critical role in growing HMR over seven years from start-up through its development and growth, then through a challenging financial period before driving further growth and development that positioned the business for success and sale to a corporate body. • Planned and executed the handover of the HMR parent company to its new corporate owner on two separate occasions, facilitating a seamless transition of the business. • Managed the establishment of support and development teams, selecting quality candidates and personnel and empowering them to achieve great things. • Drove a range of technical initiatives at HMR, including the build of the AWS environment, dockerising the application as part of creating living documentation, architecting AWS Directory Service ecosystem and integrating it with the AWS Client VPN with VPC peering to route traffic between AWS environments, constructing dashboard tools, and migrating from old on-premises servers to cloud providers.
