As Data Analyst and System Administrator for Catapult ME, and more recently as Director of Operations, I’ve used data-driven insights to make significant contributions to the company’s IT infrastructure and business processes. I’ve had the opportunity to work with virtually all departments, working on everything from sales operations to people development and file organization. I always strive to deliver optimizations that will drive optimal efficiencies and fuel business growth. Some of my key improvements to systems and workflows include automated shipping processes, automated data processing and clean-up, a performance monitoring KPI dashboard, and a new store front solution that saved 30% in costs and attracted new clients. I’m also proud of my ability to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to challenges swiftly and efficiently. When the Covid-19 pandemic began in 2020, I implemented the software and policies that would allow for a seamless transition to remote work, including efficient virtual communications and an online production schedule.
