About Daniel Bryan

I am an experienced computer technician with a wide skill and experience base. In addition to more than a decade in enterprise-scale environments, I began my journey into IT in small to mid-sized businesses, which afforded me the chance to become a jack-of-all-trades within the industry. My experiences have made me flexible, adaptable, and willing to foray outside my realm of experience when needed. I have developed an extensive background in account management, hardware logistics, and project management, in addition to over a decade of work in a support desk environment. Outside of IT, I have gained a good measure of job experience in the retail and security fields. While these may not initially seem relevant to my IT goals, they taught me excellent customer service skills, as well as an understanding of business behavior and management. It is this experience, I feel, which has helped make me be able to work comfortably with all levels of company infrastructure, from to employee on the floor to the executive level. While my focus is primarily as a computer technician (Help Desk, and AD administration), I have significant experience in network and server administration, project management, logistical deployments, off setup/tear-down, and disaster recovery, as well as some managerial experience.
