I am a highly-motivated, forward-thinking Project Manager who has 9+ years of experience in leading complex quality assurance processes at Volkswagen. My goal is always to achieve the highest standards of safety, quality, and output. I specialize in identifying and adopting best practices, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams. With a diverse skillset at the ready, I am prepared to take on any challenge in the vehicle manufacturing setting. I have worked on several different product launches in the past five years. Currently, I am the Quality Manager for the total battery pack that will power a new electric vehicle to be released in 2022. I had the opportunity to build this department from the ground up, including establishing the vision, creating the budget, and determining the required resources. Previously, I led quality assurance efforts for the 2020 Passat Facelift, the 2020 Atlas Cross Sport, and the 2021 Atlas Facelift. I managed, mentored, and trained a 6-person team, and we met all timelines and targets. However, I believe my most important contribution in this role was ensuring the quality of the vehicles before they were delivered to the marketplace. I take great pride in my work, and it shows through my initiative, analytical abilities, and attention to detail. Likewise, I am a dedicated teammate who can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining accurate, timely, and organized.
