About Daniel Bulley

I am a trade expert with over 15 years' experience in Trade Services Business (i.e. Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Trade Payments and Exports). I manifested my sales experience supporting clients in structuring their trade transactions, tracking their performance and making the required interventions to maintain or increase our wallet size and ensure the relationship is profitable. I supported a number of affiliates, with assistance from the Financial Institution (FI) team, in the issuance of Irrevocable Reimbursement Undertakings to support LC issuance in a number of markets. Also, I have, together with other related stakeholders, engaged with keys system partners like Oracle, China Systems and Finastra in provision of effective channels to help achieve our digital ecosystem needed to support digital trade business. My integration efforts spans across Front-end capabilities (Omni Plus) and Bank End capabilities (Exim Bills), all connecting to SWIFT and the core banking application for effective processing. In the course of my years, I have engaged with a number of our Corresponding/Partner banks, with the able assistance of our FI team, in key discussions in the bid to enhance line utilization, considerable pricing and exploring other opportunities.
