What I do: Provide engagement that aids in the design, platform awareness, escalation management, and support readiness for Azure's most important customers on 2 programs. • Azure High Priority - Events that have potential to trigger extreme negative press for a financial institution, a government entity, an election, or a media event reaching 3 million people or more. •Azure Life and Safety - Production workloads that provide services so vital that their disruption, corruption, or dysfunction would have a debilitating effect on national and/or international security, economic security, public health, safety or care.
