As a corporate law and estate planning attorney, I use the practical knowledge gained from my 100+ year strong Pauley family family office, commercial development, lumber yard, ranching and farming business to support the specific legal needs of my clients across the Country. I counsel businesses and their owners on issues related to business formation, corporate and real estate transactions, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. I have extensive experience advising business clients in a variety of corporate, real estate, and agricultural industries. From the start of any matter, I partner with my clients to deliver strategic solutions to meet their unique needs. I provide proactive, ongoing advice throughout the relationship, offering ideas to save time, costs, and avoid business risks. Skilled in advising clients through the various stages of the estate planning and probate process, I work with my clients to ensure their family’s futures are secured. My complex estate planning experience includes successfully litigating multimillion-dollar contested estates and trusts for my clients. I am a firm believer in giving back to the communities that I serve. I have been an adjunct professor, teaching in law-related agricultural classes, and have presented seminars related to business succession and estate planning. I currently sit on the board of several organizations in Nebraska, including Hastings College Foundation, the American Red Cross of Central and Western Nebraska, the Hastings College Department of Business and Economics, and the Mary Lanning Healthcare Foundation. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife Brooke and our four children.
