With over seven years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a skilled and passionate Production Manager who leads teams to achieve excellence in operations, quality, and safety. I have a strong background in computer and information technology, which enables me to implement innovative solutions and optimize processes. I am currently working at Valeo, a global leader in vehicle electrification and smart mobility, where I share the vision of creating sustainable and accessible transportation for all. As a Production Manager at Valeo, I am responsible for supervising and training operators, monitoring certification and performance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and managing inventory and resources. I have successfully increased productivity, reduced costs, improved quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction by applying lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement techniques.
