About Daniel Caldas

Everyone's journey is marked by stages and experiences that shape us uniquely. In my case, these are the four main stages I would like to share with you: As a former high-performance Greco-Roman wrestling athlete, I spent 9 years competing in high-level championships across Europe and the world. These experiences taught me valuable lessons, not only from my coach but also from my teammates, fostering significant personal growth. I decided to focus my journey on studies, pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at Universidade Lusófona. Always supported by outstanding teachers and friends, I immersed myself in the intricate interplay between economics, people, and business, igniting a genuine passion for the field. I always enjoyed engaging in extracurricular activities such as the Students' Association and HR Days. I complimented my studies with practical experience by completing a 3-month internship at Grupo Constant. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in recruitment, administrative HR management, and employee-centered consulting. While studying HR, I joined SP Business, an innovative startup specializing in business solutions and consulting. Starting as a trainee and advancing to the role of Project Accelerator, I benefited from the mentorship of a trusted friend and mentor, navigating diverse responsibilities in sales, marketing, and solution development for clients. My journey continued at Devoteam, where I embraced the role of People Ops. Committed to ensuring operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, I found a sense of belonging and fulfillment from day one. Today, as a Team Manager, I am dedicated to a squad of IT Consultants specialized in OutSystems, collaborating closely with the unit's sales representative to drive business growth
