About Daniel Cameron

I possess a wide range of experience related to training and development, environmental metrics reporting, change management, procedure development / maintenance, records management, environmental audits, management systems, regulatory reporting and spill response. I have always been comfortable interacting with others and with communications in general, as is evident by my time as EH & S safety representative and involvement with various environmental initiatives through CEPA. I completed the Project Management Certification program through SAIT in 2016 and tested for and received my PMP designation in 2017. This accomplishment was achieved in part due to my work experience leading cross-functional teams. A large component of the PMP curriculum was related to communications / stakeholder management, change management, leadership, conflict resolution and influencing others. At this point in my career, I am interested in new opportunities and challenges that will allow me to grow personally, while contributing in a meaningful way to growth and continued success. I have always been interested in leadership and have taken courses / attended conferences related to change management, influencing others and effective communications, to name a few. I attended a recent Leadership seminar in Chicago through the Project Management Institute.
