I am currently the Director of Product for the ISOS platform at Wavelo - a software company focused on #MakingTelecomABreeze - and manage two different areas of our organization; I head our creative CXO organization, responsible for developing and implementing unique and specialized operational programs, project management services (PMO), knowledge base and API documentation, business process delivery and implementation, and SaaS systems administration for the entire Wavelo organization. I also lead the Technical Product Management team, responsible for Customer Delivery and core platform capabilities for the ISOS platform. I'm highly adaptable and performance-driven, with over 19 years of experience working in Telecommunications, Mobile Services, Internet (Fiber) Services, and Customer Experience industries. I'm proficient in building and leading high-performance global teams and have extensive experience developing solutions that deliver operational efficiency and an exceptional customer experience, both internally and to external customers. My track record of forming successful cross-functional partnerships among separate business units has allowed me to consistently deliver innovative solutions to complex business problems and reduce operational costs.
