Starting as an Account Manager to building, scaling and leading our first SMB team delivering onboarding efficiencies, customer support and growth opportunities for customers across two products, to reporting direction to VP of CS as CS Operations Manager supporting our Onboarding, Account Management and Support functions, analysing data, building reports, processes and infrastructure required to deliver growth opportunities to our customers, prevent churn and increase operational efficiency of our GTM teams At Deliveroo I managed a portfolio of 200+ customers during the wildest boom in the food delivery space, COVID, working with some of Melbournes top restaurants to keep their doors open when the state was not.
