About Daniel Carpanzano

I go through every day with the goal of learning new things, doesn’t matter if it’s job related or if it’s interpersonal, my goal is to make myself a better person. If I am a better person today than I was yesterday, I consider myself heading in the right direction. I believe everybody should have that as one of their top priorities, because where is this world headed if nobody is trying to be grow and be better than their past selves? If we strive to learn something each and every day, the world will be a better place as the people will be better people. My past job experiences all have aspects that have taught me to be a better person. My time at Wendy’s has taught me the need to work in a team to achieve company goals, as well as customer service skills to make the guests feel at home. These skills translated into my school life, where I work with friends and class mates to figure out the tough problems, or to form study groups before the final exam. I am also able to communicate much better with people in order to build friendships that go beyond the school life. My time at Bombardier Aerospace taught me a lot about the field that I am working to get into, as well as the need to be flexible, as you don’t know what your day entails. I played a lot of sports as a kid, and those were some of the best times in my life. I made lifelong friends with people that I’ve won with and lost with, and I learned to be a leader in a team amongst many other things. I continue to play sports and follow my favourite sports teams whenever I can, as that is something I don’t think I can last without. All of these experiences have shaped who I am today, and this wouldn’t have been possible without the mindset of wanting to learn something every day. It is important for everyone to be better than they were yesterday, as the planet will continue to innovate and evolve where we as humans can and will strive in an extraordinary future!
