Most Recent Experience Product Owner: Knowledge Base and Product Information Management (PIM) Led the strategic ownership and management of a robust product information system, specifically focusing on developing the taxonomy for the new website and an in-house development of a bespoke PIM module in Drupal. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the development, organization, and optimization of both the website taxonomy, the PIM, and the related enhanced product pages, including structure, content gathering, and the management of new content generation. This global position required close collaboration with cross-functional teams across various Megger sites (Canada, USA, and Europe) to define precise product requirements, streamline information workflows, and new systems and platforms implementation. Team member of the “Keep our Customer Working” work-stream of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Program. Team lead for the demo equipment department: restructure of the department, including the creation of new operational procedures. Engineering technical support for Megger electrical substation products, helping customers with complex field situations when testing transformers, substation batteries, and circuit breakers. Validation of products specifications through application testing of hardware and software solutions. Product technical demonstrations at customers’ sites, as well as product commissioning including product training and safety. Technical presentations in power industry related conferences. Contribution to product specifications, software, and application literature as well as product evaluation and development. Research on current engineering standards and applications to prepare white papers on substation products for industry publications. Electrical Engineer/Quality Control Engineer Electrical Engineer (Core and Coil Assembly Design): materials and components selection, internal connections design and development, electrical field/clearances analysis, fabrication drawings using 2D and 3D software, bill of materials creation, technical assistance during manufacturing, headquarters designs review and approval. Quality Control Engineer (Core and Coil Assembly): In-process inspection to ensure engineering specifications and quality objectives are fulfilled, quality status reporting, develop on-site job training, manufacturing processes improvement, core and coil testing.
