I have been at L'Oreal Australia for five years. The majority of this time I was fortunate enough to hold the role of Digital Content Specialist within the Luxe Division. This role was new to the division at the time and was created to rethink how learning and development was conducted. We launched the first ever iteration of our eLearning tool in partnership with Growth Engineering in 2019. Year-on-Year our interactions and use of the app grew exponentially. In 2021 our application won two Brandon Hall Awards, winning Gold - Best Use of Performance Support and Silver - Best Advance in Custom Content. In 2022 I have moved on from this role and now sit within the corporate People & Learning Development Team for Australia and New Zealand.
