As a Projects Director, I lead large multi-cultural teams negotiating and delivering complex and time-sensitive urban transportation systems (metros, monorails, cableways and buses) for clients across Europe, Asia, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean. With over 17 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed projects involving fixed assets supervision, telecommunications, revenue fare collection, and urban signaling systems, ensuring high quality standards, customer satisfaction, and business growth. I am business oriented with a strong technical background, an engineering master degree in IT & management and an advanced master degree in railways systems and signaling. I am bilingual in French and Spanish, fluent in English, and open to relocate worldwide. I am passionate about urban transportation and its impact on mobility, sustainability, and social development. My goal is to leverage my expertise and skills to contribute to the innovation and excellence of SOFRATESA and its clients.
