About Daniel Cateliu

I’m a real estate professional with over a decade of experience in industrial leasing, land transactions, and investment strategy. My journey began in direct sales, where I first discovered the power of human connection and the discipline of structured selling. I joined CBRE Romania in 2013 as a junior in the Industrial & Logistics team, learning real estate fundamentals by working on complex warehouse and land transactions that helped shape the logistics market in Romania. Over the years, I’ve grown into a trusted advisor for clients navigating production, distribution, and expansion decisions — whether they’re leasing, buying, or repositioning strategic assets. At P3 Logistic Parks, I was responsible for tenant acquisition and leasing, contributing to the signing of over sqm of industrial space. In parallel with my full-time roles, I also provided consulting services to the World Bank, supporting land and urban development-related initiatives through short-term advisory work focused on policy and investment readiness. Today, I’m part of the senior team at CBRE Romania, where I support clients in manufacturing, logistics, retail, and other sectors with high operational complexity. In addition, I serve as Chairman of the Board at Poșta Română — Romania’s national postal operator — where I contribute to the company’s ongoing transformation, with a strong focus on performance, digitalization, and long-term value creation. I specialize in projects where real estate decisions are strategic—where land, timing, and capital intersect with business growth.
